"Page not Found" on mail edit

When I click on "Manage Address" I'm redirected to a Page Not Found.

The proper link should be https://edge.launchpad.net/~i5corp/+editemail, but I see some none escape chars instead of the '~'.

Also, even that page gives a error: error ID  OOPS-716EA53
