Question on Launchpad Karama

I think there's two aspects of Karma that are important:

 - showing what level of ongoing contribution a person is making

 - showing that the sum of a person's contribution is increasing

So, I'd expect to keep the same karma if I keep doing good work at same
level of intensity.  But, also, I want to see some direct feedback of
how many karma points I earned in total, and how many I earned recently,
so I can feel that I'm continually achieving.
