beta.launchapd feedback - Part2 (Cosmetic)

Hi,
while using it a little more I found some "cosmetics" suggestions for
the GUI:
- the "Change" and "Filter" buttons are not aligned (this affects also
old launchpad) and so the drop-down-lists.
- the "Save & Continue" button has moved from right to left, is it
possibile to have the "First - Previous - Next - Last" link also at the
end? (for reviewing translations it would be very handy.. no need to
scroll down and up...)
- (last cosmetic one... very naive) the "box" containing the "Save &
Continue" button is white, while the top one is not.
