Wiki links?

Ubuntu - for reasons best known to itself uses the old MoinMoin wiki 
engine which makes links using CamelCase rather than [[like this]]. I 
guess that linking all camel case to a wiki page would break massively.

I also think there is an internal wiki in launchpad, as well as the 
normal ubuntu wiki. Which wiki would you link to?
