On ubuntuforums.org we have a little feature where [uwiki]RestrictedFormats[/uwiki] would point to http://wiki.ubuntu.com/RestrictedFormats[/uwiki] [usdf] tags link to doc.gwos.org etc. etc. It doesn't exactly save many keypresses and hardly anyone uses the feature afaik.
