question on karma again

Well, what do you expect complaining here about Karma, developer revenge on 
you Jonathan :)

My Karma seems to be working fine as it has been going up and down depending 
on how much work I do. I stopped paying attention though, otherwise I might 
pull out my hair if I take a few weeks off and come back to 0 karma :)

I will admit, it would be nice if there was documentation on how the Karma 
system works as this would hopefully prevent us from asking all the time. You 
ask here, and I ask in #launchpad. I am guessing in #launchpad they are 
annoyed by many people asking because I have been getting ignored lately :)

One thing I want to know is how do I have translation karma? English is all I 
know, and not all that well I might add, but i have translation karma.
