Transition to Ubuntu specific Maintainer: fields

Hi,

we in Ubuntu Tamil Team are interested in Maintaing Language Packs related
to Tamil. I was also approved as a Ubuntu Member in the last Community
Council Meeting.

Yet to get my email id configured though.

Am basically a beginner as far as maintaining applications are concened. So
please guide me. Is it possible for me/ Ubuntu Tamil team to take up the
responsibility of Language Packs related to Tamil.
