filing bugs via help->report a bug

One of the advancments in Feisty's issue reporting system is the
presence of package-hooks in apport. Information on apport can be found
at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport 

In addition to filing crash reports, apport is called when a bug
reporter files a bug via Help->Report a Bug.

The bug reports filed by apport are preferable to those filed manually
for two reasons.
1.  Apport has some default information about the package included with
the report.
2.  Apport has a mechanism for reporting additional package specific
infomation via package_hooks.

By having the above information included in the orginal bug report, one
triager/reporter round trip is saved.

would it be possible to add a notice to 'file issues via help->Report a
bug if possiable' on +source/bughelper/+filebug in LP?

Yes, the phrasing is terible. There is a reason I don't work on human
interfaces.
