Strictly speaking, you're probably better off asking for help on one of
the relevant Ubuntu lists. I do believe, though, that they prefer to ask
people to add their own feed to the planet.

It appears that you're not subscribed to this mailing list
(launchpad-users), so you won't have seen that someone else has
suggested why you can't add your feed:
