SVN import of Beagle

I have disabled the CVS import and set up a SVN import for Beagle.

However it appears we have a network configuration problem that prevents the vcs import systems from accessing svn.gnome.org. I contacted the sysadmins about it.

Since I will be on leave next week, the SVN import will not be there before at least ten days.
