Roll out of new code to codebrowse.launchpad.net

This is just a quick update to say that I've updated the loggerhead code
that runs the codebrowse.launchpad.net service (the "Browse Code" link
from the view of a branch).  The new code is faster and more robust, and
strives to waste less space on the page.

As loggerhead isn't the best tested code ever, it's possible that I've
broken a few things, so please file bugs if you find this to be the case
(project 'launchpad-bazaar', assign to 'mwhudson').  In general it
should be much better now.

As I haven't mentioned my work on loggerhead/codebrowse on this list
before, it makes sense to ask if anyone has any particular feature
requests for this part of launchpad.  There was a thread on the Bazaar
list about this a couple of weeks ago:

but please don't feel you have to read all of that before chiming in :)
 I'm assuming that "make it faster", "make it robust", "make it pretty",
etc are common feature requests, being specific is good :)
