error ID (OOPS-553BD5) in beta & error ID (OOPS-553D894) in conventional

Hi all,
       I was filing a wishlist bug as a new upstream release
deluge-torrent 0.5.2 is available. I was using the beta version of
launchpad to report it and got error ID OOPS-553BD5 The link was
https://beta.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/deluge-torrent/+filebug . I
tried 2-3 times but wasn't successful. Then I tried to go through the
conventional route
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/deluge-torrent/+filebug and
this time got
OOPS-553D894 .  Tried here also couple of times but got the same error
message. After 2-3 tries did manage to get through and register bug
