Error in Launchpad Traslation

Thank you for the report.  What's happening is that it takes too long 
for the server to respond.

This is a known problem, and we hope to have this fixed soon.  Until 
then, try waiting for a few minutes and reloading the page.  It may 
happen several times.  It's very painful but we think we have a 
solution; it just takes some time to make the changes on the server!
