OOPS with bug 60859

[Brian Murray]

I've tried two times to edit the status of bug 60859 and received OOPS
messages.  The second OOPS error ID OOPS-523E1663.  I suspect this has
to do with the great length of the description of the bug as I had quite
a hard time even loading it in Firefox.
