Things move up a bit after upload files without description

  Hi all,

  I uploaded a file to a bug report, but forgot to add a description.
The resulting page looks a bit off normal:
<http://files.myopera.com/Rooy/files/launchpad/without-description.png>.

  Also, as you can see at the top left of the screenshot, there're two
Help words. I'm using Opera 9.20 beta static build on Ubuntu feisty
x64. Firefox shows only the higher one for me.

  A request for features: please add the option to attach files when
submitting a new bug report (and I do like the s after files ;-). For
example, `bug #90671`__ has three posts as one report.

P/S: I haven't found a way to hack in to other people's files on
my.opera.com yet, so I trust it as a place to put launchpad beta
screenshots. Feel free to comment :)
