I'm interested, though -- in what situations do you want to reverse one 
of the currently provided sort orders?

I think that once "Structural object heading for translation page 
should be the product/package" <https://launchpad.net/bugs/83304> is 
fixed, clicking "Translations" will do what you want.

This is a leftover from the days when people thought it was a good idea 
to show all data from the Launchpad database in the UI *somewhere*, 
regardless of how geeky it was. :-) You shouldn't need to see plural 
forms at all unless you're an admin, or you're introducing a language 
that Launchpad has never heard of before. That whole box should 
disappear eventually.
