What feature are you referring to? You can get to that JavaScript 
checkbox using just the keyboard if you need to, and you can use the 
"Assistive Technology Preferences" [sic] to set up a screenreader to 
tell you where you are. (I've tested the former myself, but not the 
latter because Ubuntu doesn't play sound on my machine.)
