Minor UI glitches

Hello everyone,
since this is my first post on this list, it's probably appropriate to 
introduce myself.
My name is Clemens Stolle, I'm a 19-year-old High School Student from 
Germany. I've been using Ubuntu for, let me guess, one and a half year 
now and I'm looking forward to starting to contribute to it.

So, to cut a long story short, I hope this is the right play to report 
bugs and glitches in the Beta interface of Launchpad.

So far, I've only found a few small things, but I want to report them 
anyway:

1. In the Your Location "Toolbar", if an item doesn't provide a drop 
down menu, the little down-wards arrow shouldn't be displayed...it's 
confusing
2. When I click on let's say "Home"...and I previously was working on 
translations...it should actually go Home and not only the Home of 
translations...i hope someone understands what i mean here ;-)
3. I assume, this is being worked on, but the interface seems somewhat 
sluggish so far...there always seems to be a delay when hovering over 
items.

If I made some mistake by posting here or something, let me know.
