Prevent "Me Too" in Malone

Hi,
the "Me Too"'s in Malone are just annoying.

Thus, a notice should be added that there is no need to post "Me Too".

Also, maybe a button should be added on which the users can click if
they experience the same problem. On this way, developers can see what
is important to fix.
