Answers email notification generating duff URL

Well, given answer IDs are unique in launchpad it does beg the question why 
is the package name even in the URL that gets sent out. Given the bots on 
IRC only seem to quote bug urls in the format 
http://launchpad.net/bugs/88888 , why cant the email system send them out 
with http://launchpad.net/answers/88888 ? Is it because people like to see 
the package in the url to determine which tickets they look at? I know i 
don't. I don't actually trust the package people put support tickets against 
at all, because they invariably just put yelp or firefox.
