In general the guided bug-filing step that shows people similar or
common bugs ought to counter this. However, for crash bugs reported
through apport, it's not really possible because not much of the
stacktrace is visible to users. If we put the innermost function name
or two in the subject that might help.
A related thing is that I now get mail every time someone duplicates a
bug I oiginally filed; I'm not really interested in knowing about
that. I guess developers subscribed to the bug would want to see it
though.
