Why mirrors aren't checked once a week for example

Hi!

Thanks for your answer, but I think if there is a mirror listed on Launchpad,
even not official, it must be checked.. That check process can be done in an
automated way. If some problem happens with it, then report the problem to the
person who register it to update it (url's, information, ...) or even delete it.
