My preferred solution to this problem is to teach people to sign
their emails with PGP-MIME instead of inline PGP signatures.
(Is the latter *still* the default setting in some programs? If so,
file a bug!)
IMHO, Malone, mailing list managers, and whatnot do not and should not
mess with the contents of a message. That's not their job.
