I think one good example could be brought up, as in what happens when
you add one team to another.

On the other hand, having small notes on Launchpad itself when doing
specific changes on what the consequences of it will be ("all users
from both teams will be notified via email of this change") will
probably avoid one or two issues.

Another approach might be a confirmation similar to "46 Members of
this team will be notified by email of this change".

I have a few notes lying around that I couldn't find, so if I do, I'll
send them.
