Not able to file/see any bugs

Hi all,
      I had some issues with using lokkit as well as gnome lokkit. So
I tried to file a bug for the same.
https://beta.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+search?text=lokkit but none of the
gusty, feisty, edgy, dapper have anything else than an overview. Even
the link listed both on the overview as well in "aptitude show" don't
work. If we are not providing bug support for it then it should not be
in the repository at all, or if it is to be in the repos then
something to that effect should be there. It seems to be installed as
a default while installing xubuntu-desktop so some way should be found
out.
