bt manager for Feisty + skype == goodness

In case you guys haven't seen this, mpt & I have played with a new gnome
system panel which allows you to easily pair a bluetooth headset with
Feisty.

Works with skype so ditch that big ugly headset when you travel and take
your bt headset with you. :-)
