First of all, thank you for your clear reasoning: I now feel more
comfortable on my own investment on my alias; those of us that would
rather stay under alias, I am sure, are glad.

I guess, then, the real question would be, borrowing from your argument:
do we really need the extreme case for everything, or almost everything?
