Incidentally, is there any reason those specifications are on the
ubuntu-women website project? From what I saw of Matthew's original
specification, it was much more broad, and would probably be more
appropriate to the ubuntu project in general (I can't see a way to
associate a blueprint with more than one project).

If I've misunderstood, and they are women specific, then ignore me.

I'm more convinced that I was when I originally posted on this thread
that the correct solution to this problem isn't to encourage people to
be anonymous to avoid harassment, but to change the situation where
people get away with harassment, as Matthias said. Let's work (possibly
on those specs you've posted) to do that.
