Errors and error reporting

I've tried to use launchpad to report that:
1.  Evolution > Help > Help contents produces no response.
2.  F1 (should be the same) produces no response.
3.  No reason is given for either (lack of) behavior.

Launchpad runs me in circles, repeatedly demands that I log in, and
there is no reason given for that either.

Perhaps the last problem has been resolved (if you receive this).
