Issue uploading Me TV (me-tv) to PPA

That'd be it. I thank you for your time and patience. Sorry, I'm a
developer who is new to packaging.
Although I accept full responsibility for my newbie mistake, do you
think that this should be documented somewhere for other newbies who
fall in the same trap? I didn't find, and still can't find, any
information from googling that would indicate that this is what I was
doing wrong. Who should I be talking to?
