OOPS-648C1660

[Brian Murray]

With a fair bit of regularity I receive an OOPS report when viewing
https://bugs.launchpad.net/~brian-murray .  I was also able to get
generate an OOPS, OOPS-648F1603 , when trying to view
https://bugs.launchpad.net/~seb128 .  Incidentally, a refresh of the url
will return the correct page.

And please no jokes - it isn't just my launchpad page!
