Actually, no. Translations are not fetched from code branches at the
moment, so they are always uploaded manually (or pulled from Ubuntu
package uploads, in the case of Ubuntu translations).

None other than the Bazaar branch not being publically announced. I also
think that "bzr branch lp:foo" will stop working for your project.
