This mailing list is about Launchpad in general, not about Ubuntu (or 
eog) in particular.

For a list of Ubuntu-related mailing lists, see
<https://lists.ubuntu.com/>. However, for a minor eog bug, reporting it 
in the bug tracker is probably quite enough.
