Yet another timeout error

Well, I'm the current Catalan translator of Wengophone, so I can tell
you that the translation has existed for quite a long time, only that
I do not seem to be able to access it anymore through the web
interface.

I've also tried to download the po file, but after a few hours of
having requested the download, I still haven't received the .po file,
so I'm stuck.

Have we now got problems with the exports as well?
