Matt, please *don't* use words like "Today" and "Tomorrow", etc, when
you're communicating with people in other timezones.  Please use real dates.

The further away we are, the more chance that the day is actually wrong
- - because your "Today" being Wednesday is our "Today" being Thursday.
Obviously, this is unhelpful for meeting attendance.
