Hi guys,

Thank you, Mario, for the precise hint, currently PPA users have to
manually trigger the failed builds reprocessing.

There is a problem with our code, see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/soyuz/+bug/138464, we should retry
MANUALDEPWAITs automatically, as Kjeldgaard mentioned.
