[PPA] universe not available ?!

Hi,

i don't understand why i can not build hugin on PPA.
Under my personnal pbuilder, the package compile. But under PPA it fails
because "Missing dependencies: libwxgtk2.8-dev"

Is there a workaround or may be i do things badly ?!
