Massive bug expiration spree

This is great, and make me thing of a couple of new feature that
could improve the expiration and triaging processes:

- Bugs that are going to expire soon should be tagged somehow
in bug listings; for instance, showing when last action took place
(1 day ago, 3 weeks ago, etc.) for each bug and show the expiring
bugs with a different color or so.

- OTOH, It would be also great to be able to find bugs which are
going to expire soon in the advanced search form; even a more
powerful search could achive this too: look for bugs inactive for
a user given period of time.
