That's not going to work. Even though the build fails, the source was
still uploaded correctly, and you can't overwrite it. Just increment the
version number, and you should be fine.

> dcut ppa rm file.changes
> dcut ppa rm file.orig.tar.gz
> dcut ppa rm file.diff.gz
> dcut ppa rm file.dsc

dcut is only for Debian.
