Just a few more comments, and I want to remind people that if you have

It's unfortunate, but we simply did not encounter these problems  
during beta testing.  Actually, we didn't get the level of active  
mailing lists use that we had hoped during the beta test period.

This was a configuration bug.  Joey will have a blog post soon with  
more explanation.
