finding out build times and build logs

Hi all,
 What happens to build logs of time taken for building a package or
something? Do they get stored somewhere or what?

How can one access it?

One can access logs of what's building say

but dunno if there is anyway to see the build log of the previous kernel build

This one was built about a week back. As one can see there were some
FTBS as well as some which were successfully built.

Looking forward for comments and suggestions on the same.
