l'application web Launchpad n'est PAS disponible au public. c'est une
application a source fermer. Il n'est pas possible de télécharger ou
avoir Launchpad. d'ici quelques mois (12), il sera possible (selon ce
que j'ai compris) d'avoir quelque chose similaire (ou les sources de
launchpad).

L'utilisation de Launchpad est GRATUIT, sur le site de Launchpad.net.
un point c'est tout.
