E-mail addresses going public when translating

the bug seems to persist.

Updating or contributing new translations doesn't change the
attribution, despite changed settings and user data in Launchpad.

This is another part of the problem: you get the whole file attributed
to you, which is very clearly not something I'd want. I can and will
only stand up for translations *I* have done.
