The downtime was announced previously, and it was particularly long
because we upgraded hardware. Normally it is all done in less than one
hour, which is much more acceptable.

We still need to get a site-wide announcement posted informing we're
going down "this week", though. That would mitigate most of the
questions we get from users who didn't know.
