Bazaar repositories hosted at launchpad

Hi

I'd like to be able to store tags on the server.  After checking
_some_ documentation regarding Bazaar @ launchpad, I found no mention
of tags.

What I tried to do:
 * upgrade the local repo (bzr upgrade --dirstate-tags) and then push
it to the server, and (as expected) it would not work
 * just try to upgrade the repo at the remote locaion (bzr upgrade ...
bzr+ssh://...), I had no expectations here, but it did not work any
way :)

Any suggestions?  This is a standalone branch described at
https://code.launchpad.net/~mishas/+junk/devel-mover
