delete blueprints

There are lots of blueprints that should be marked obsolete (pity there 
is no invalid status like in bugs).
I've listed them in my bug report:

(No way to mark a blueprint invalid)

(blueprint registration page should have more explanation)

Launchpad is currently getting more and more bogus blueprints so 
something should be done about it.
