You don't need your password to unsubscribe, just enter your e-mail
address in the last field on this page:
https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/launchpad-users and click on
"Unsubscribe or edit options".
Then click on "Unsubscribe" on the next page. You will receive an email
to confirm the unsubscribe that gives you a link for the final step.
