Ubuntu Live Chat IRC channels for Quebec, localized index.html for Firefox

Hello,

While reviewing the info at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuLiveChatSupport I was wondering how the
Ubuntu QC LoCo IRC channel, #ubuntu-qc , would fit in that structure.
Perhaps othe LoCo that don't follow conventional ISO locales definitions
should be there too ?

I also noticed when choosing Canada - French as the language (when
logging in), I don't get the right localized page even though it is in
/usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales/index-fr_CA.htm (I get the fr_FR
page). What should I fill this under in Launchpad ?

Thanks for any hints on that.
