we could set the UTC time to, say, 13:00 This means that the
earliest someone would be attending the meeting would be 05:00 local
time, and the latest they would be attending the meeting is 23:00
local time. The rest of the time zones fall into the oceans, or
sparse population densities. Of course, this isn't taking into
account work / school / personal schedules. And, of course, the one
conducting the meeting would need to do it in a time frame
convenient for him.
Just a thought.
