Because I'm simply curious, can you explain a bit more about what the
"leader" does within the group? It seems clear from your email that there
are lots of active people in the group, what responsibilities/jobs does
the leader have which other members don't?

I'm accustomed to groups without leaders so I'm curious to know how the
leader figure works and when it is effective/non-effective.
